Sue Crompton is a Qualified Primary School Teacher (for children aged 3 – 11) with 16 years experience of teaching within schools. Nearly six of those years have been spent teaching at The British School of Alicante where out of over 150 children she has taught, only 2 were English, the rest mainly Spanish! So as you can see, she has had a lot of experience with teaching English to Spanish children.
She has also had management experience in a variety of roles:
Teaching in a British Primary School requires knowledge of a variety of subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Art / Design Technology, History, Geography, ICT, PE, PHSE and Music. Stepping Stones Academia will incorporate these areas whilst teaching English.
The Academia is located in the centre of Almoradí with easy access by both car and walking. It will offer a safe and secure environment for the children to learn in. It has newly refurbished facilities and up to date Health & Safety regulations. There is also disabled access and a toilet with shower facilities (for those little accidents!!)

- Advanced Skills Teacher in the UK with responsibility for 111 Primary schools in Plymouth, Devon in the subject of Religious Education and PHSE.
- At the British School of Alicante, she was a Middle Manager with responsibility of Assessment throughout the whole of the Primary department.
